Bremen, 31.03.20: Early Tuesday morning, the first of the new Bremen trams arrived at the premises of Bremer Straßenbahn AG (BSAG). According to BSAG, the new trams are supposed to be quieter, more comfortable and more spacious than their predecessors. The new tram type from Siemens in Vienna is supposed to replace the old "GT8N" railcars from the 1990s, which are now showing their age, by 2023.
