11 motorvogner av denne type ble 1985-91 bygd ved Sporveiens eget verksted, med utgangspunkt i HØKA-vogner fra 1950-tallet. Tilhengervognen tilhører en serie på 30 som ble leveret fra HØKA og Strømmens Værksted 1955-57.
