Number 501 is a 2009 Bombardier-built Flexity Outlook 100% low-floor tram. Itis 19.16m long and 2.30m wide and weighs 34 tons when loaded. this 900mm-gauge tram has seating for 33 and standing room for 53. There are three units, #501-503. They operate exclusively on the Pöstlingbergbahn (Pöstlingberg Railway), which climbs a small mountain northwest of town and has one of the steepest grades of any non-rack rail line in Europa. 11,6%. Car 501 was photographed on September 3, 2009, inbound to town.
